FAMILY LIFE (Rasamindrakotroka Andry Tiana)

The earth keeps turning, time slips away,
the months, the years, the fleeting day.
Yet softly echoes through heart and mind
the life we built, so intertwined.

There were sorrows, long silent nights,
darkness cloaked in tearless fights.
But held by love, though we were sore,
we stood as one, and hoped for more.

At times, the weight was hard to bear,
we bent beneath a world unfair.
Still love, like flame we fed with care,
pushed us to rise, to face despair.

Through trials, through grief, and aching hearts,
we stayed the course and played our parts.
This home we made, not born of chance,
became our shield, our light, our stance.

So many nights without repose,
cold dawns where only hunger rose.
Yet we stood firm, we did not yield,
refused defeat, refused to kneel.

And thus we learned through pain and strain,
that love, when true, will still remain.
What we once earned with toil and flame
now forms our bond, our steadfast frame.

The fruits are there, don’t let them fade,
Born of the vows we gently made.
Each challenge faced with words and grace,
together stepping, face to face.

For life’s not smooth, it pulls and shakes,
yet love endures the ground it quakes.
With wisdom, care, and steady will,
we cross the storms and climb the hill.

There are dangers lurking in disguise,
envy’s traps and whispered lies.
But trust lives strong within these walls,
where love is more than fleeting calls.

As partners, side by side we move,
with steps of trust and hands that prove
This home we built, so firm, so wide,
can brave the winds, the tide, the tide.

Family life, when deeply known,
is not just shared, it’s grown, it’s sown.
Until the day the children go,
and find their paths, their seeds to sow.

Then we return to where we were,
while time still spins the moon and star.
And in this nest of warmth and grace,
we find again our softest place.
